After the pandemic, but with new challenges and difficulties at a global level, at Inprosec we remain positive, thinking about all the ways we have grown, both personally and professionally, and about all the progress we have made THANKS to you and your trust in us. This 3rd year of our Master Plan 20-22 we have managed to materialize our growth with notable data, based on the 2 previous years of building and consolidating a solid foundation for the future, having drawn strength from “weakness” and with the resilience that characterizes us.
- We have set a record for the group in this year 2022, but also in a 3-year accumulation (2020-2022) the 2 most relevant figures:
- Highest sales figure in 2022 where we will almost reach 2 million euros.
- Highest annual billing figure in the 12-year history of Inprosec, exceeding one and a half million euros.
- Moreover, we have managed to materialize profits, to compensate for previous years and to continue investing and developing, as well as to give us economic-financial stability.
- We have managed to “consolidate” InprOTech by financing the development of our technology for the first time with the income generated by our activity, highlighting the first major international project and the first conversion from Inprosec to InprOTech., in its natural markets (SAP + Industrial, especially automotive).
- With Inprosec we have consolidated the international market, starting and growing in Chile, consolidating in Israel and the UK, and recovering Portugal. And especially, we have grown more than ever in the national market obtaining an important recognition as SAP specialists.
- We have materialized the results of our Master Plan, with a record of initiatives never before achieved, which can be summarized in organization and digitalization.
- We have consolidated our human team of 40 people with new experienced staff and the growth of a team over these years, maintaining high satisfaction levels, and consolidating the most relevant positions and teams, although we are aware of the current challenge and for that reason we have incorporated someone with experience in the area.
- Over these 3 years and despite the circumstances, we have been at several events with our clients and “stakeholders” and especially we were able to celebrate our 10 years, with a highly interesting and participative event with our clients and collaborators, and this same year again to gather at a company dinner that also set “records”.
- We have consolidated our ERP, making great progress with our Business Intelligence systems and launching our people system, also with Spanish DNA.
- and we have once again conducted our annual survey with clients and potentials, doubling the participation of the previous year, to have both knowledge of our brand image, for Inprosec and for InprOTech, as well as to know the overall satisfaction level and security improvement by our clients.
