What Inprosec’s Clients Think in 2025

As we have done over the past four years, at this time of year we dedicate special effort to understanding the opinions and experiences of those who place their trust in us, always keeping in mind that one of our top priorities is customer orientation.

It is not only about gathering figures, but also about understanding how our support is perceived, what value clients find in our work, and what new expectations arise in an environment where cybersecurity advances at great speed.

En esta edición, nuestros clientes han vuelto a dedicarnos su tiempo para compartir impresiones y sugerencias. Gracias a ello, hoy podemos presentar una visión actualizada del impacto que generamos y de cómo nuestras acciones repercuten directamente en su día a día.

Nivel de satisfacción

To measure overall satisfaction, we asked our clients to rate their general satisfaction with Inprosec, using a scale from 1 to 10.

This year, overall satisfaction reached a score of 9.07, a result that reinforces the positive trend of recent years and confirms that the improvements implemented are delivering results.

We also requested a more specific assessment of key dimensions of our services, such as:

  • Response capacity during incidents
  • Compliance with deadlines and commitments
  • Professionalism and technical preparation of the team
  • Flexibility and adaptation to changing needs
  • Quality and usefulness of the proposed solutions

The average specific satisfaction obtained this year was 4.52 out of 5, which reflects a high level of recognition for the specialization, technical rigor, and closeness of our team.

Likelihood of being recommended

Another key indicator we measure is the willingness of our clients to recommend us to others. This analysis is carried out using the Net Promoter Score (NPS) methodology, which distinguishes between promoters, passives, and detractors.

In 2025, we achieved an NPS of 82, an exceptionally high result that demonstrates the trust our clients place in us and the strength of the relationships we build with each project. This value is well above the average for the technology sector, reinforcing our position as a trusted partner.
