On October 1, 2023, it became official: REMOTE CONSULTING SERVICES, S.L. has been awarded the ARDÁN indicator for gender equality in business for the year 2023. This year, only 4% of the more than 37,000 companies with more than 10 employees in Galicia have met the strict criteria required to obtain this distinction.
Within the Inprosec group, to which we belong, a Gender Equality Plan for InprOTech and Remote Consulting was approved last year, along with a protocol against sexual harassment and gender-based harassment. These initiatives help us fight against any form of gender inequality or discrimination in society and promote equal treatment and opportunities for women and men.
ARDÁN has recognized Inprosec as a gender-equal company
This indicator evaluates three different aspects in each company:
- Functional equality
- Salary equality
- Implementation of policies or actions in favor of gender equity.
Companies receive a score ranging from 0 to 1,000 based on these criteria. Achieving business excellence, and even more so in gender equality, is not easy. However, Inprosec has positioned itself among the 35 Galician companies of 2023 that have reached the highest scores of the IG Index, exceeding 900 points. Therefore, we have received recognition as a Gender-Equal Company.
Although there is much to improve in Spain, at Inprosec we strive to defend and promote salary equality and equal opportunities, as well as implementing measures that favor job stability and the reconciliation of personal and professional life. We evaluate work and performance objectively, without gender distinctions.
This recognition from Ardán is further proof of our commitment and values. This achievement adds to our recognition as an ARDÁN High Performance Company Indicator and the recent update of the ARDÁN Global Company Indicator.
