Upon completing our 20-22 Plan, which has allowed us to consolidate as a group with 2 brands and several strong and solvent divisions, and having passed or at least adapted to global challenges (wars and conflicts, post-pandemic, supply issues, climate change), we at Inprosec continue to be positive and resilient, adapting to our clients’ needs and maintaining a degree of independence from our Galician “village”.
We have defined and launched a new 23-25 Master Plan, on time and more in advance than the previous one. An ambitious yet realistic and achievable plan, built on a solid foundation we established with the previous plan. We have grown, both personally and professionally, THANKS to you and your trust in us.
- We have set a group “record” this year 2023, with the two most significant figures:
- Highest sales figure in 2023, reaching 2.2 million euros.
- Highest annual billing figure in Inprosec’s 13-year history, surpassing 2 million euros.
- We have expanded our human team to 44 people, maintaining a high degree of satisfaction, and consolidating the most relevant positions and teams, aware of the current challenge and therefore continuing to bet on a solid and experienced team in the area.
- Most notably, there is an improvement in processes and systems, and therefore in efficiency that allows us to extract and contribute more value as a result of our effort. This represents an improvement in our competitiveness, in every sense, as individuals and as an organization. This is the main objective and challenge of the 23-25 plan, and it’s heading in a very good direction.
- Furthermore, we have materialized benefits, providing us with solid economic and financial stability and allowing us significant investment and development in the 23-25 period.
- With Inprosec, we continue to consolidate the international market, opening new markets, including Switzerland, while maintaining Chile, Israel, Portugal, and the UK, in addition to significant opportunities in Mexico. Particularly, we have grown more than ever in the national market, gaining significant recognition as SAP specialists, especially in the AUSAPE group (where we have acquired a new important client, precisely through the forum and thanks to teamwork).
- We have “reinforced” the technological development of InprOTech Guardian, completing development phases and enabling a mature and market-ready technology, which we continue to develop, both with new functionalities and integrations and specialized variants in various sectors, highlighting a major CPI (Innovative Public Procurement) project with INCIBE, and in a joint venture with one of our Galician partners, for the water management and treatment sector. In addition, we are consolidating in the automotive sector and advancing in other industrial sectors.
- We have consolidated our information systems, particularly highlighting the consolidation and new functionalities in systems related to people (HCM and ATS), especially having for the first time in history a system for talent selection (ATS). It is also noteworthy, the consolidation of processes and data from our Business Intelligence systems.
- And we have once again conducted our annual survey with clients and potential clients, again with great participation, and achieving our goal of high overall satisfaction from our clients. We will give you more details…
