{"id":9804,"date":"2024-01-03T11:26:26","date_gmt":"2024-01-03T09:26:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.inprosec.com\/?p=9804"},"modified":"2024-05-13T10:46:16","modified_gmt":"2024-05-13T08:46:16","slug":"2023-summary","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.inprosec.com\/en\/2023-summary\/","title":{"rendered":"Summary of the year 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Upon completing our 20-22 Plan, which has allowed us to consolidate as a group with 2 brands and several strong and solvent divisions, and having passed or at least adapted to global challenges (wars and conflicts, post-pandemic, supply issues, climate change), we at <strong>Inprosec<\/strong> continue to be <strong>positive and resilient<\/strong>, adapting to our clients&#8217; needs and maintaining a degree of independence from our Galician &#8220;village&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>We have defined and launched a new <strong>23-25 Master Plan<\/strong>, on time and more in advance than the previous one. An ambitious yet realistic and achievable plan, built on a solid foundation we established with the previous plan. We have grown, both personally and professionally,<strong> THANKS to you and your trust in us<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>We have set a group &#8220;record&#8221; this year 2023<\/strong>, with the two most significant figures:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Highest sales<\/strong> figure in 2023, reaching<strong> 2.2 million euros.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Highest annual billing<\/strong> figure in Inprosec&#8217;s 13-year history,<strong> surpassing 2 million euros<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>We<strong> have expanded our human team to 44 people<\/strong>, maintaining a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>high degree of satisfaction<\/strong><\/span>, and consolidating the most relevant positions and teams, <strong>aware of the current challenge<\/strong> and therefore continuing to bet on a solid and experienced team in the area.<\/li>\n<li>Most notably, there is an improvement in processes and systems, and therefore in <strong>efficiency<\/strong> that allows us to extract and <strong>contribute more value as a result of our effort<\/strong>. This represents an <strong>improvement in our competitiveness<\/strong>, in every sense, <strong>as individuals and as an organization<\/strong>. This is the main objective and challenge of the 23-25 plan, and it&#8217;s heading in a very good direction.<\/li>\n<li>Furthermore, we have materialized benefits, providing us with solid economic and financial stability and allowing us significant investment and development in the 23-25 period.<\/li>\n<li>With <strong>Inprosec<\/strong>, we continue to <strong>consolidate the international market<\/strong>, opening new markets, including Switzerland, while maintaining Chile, Israel, Portugal, and the UK, in addition to significant opportunities in Mexico. <strong>Particularly, <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">we have grown more than ever in the national market<\/span><\/strong>, <strong>gaining significant recognition as SAP specialists, especially in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ausape.com\/\">AUSAPE<\/a><\/strong> group (where we have acquired a new important client, precisely through the forum and thanks to teamwork).<\/li>\n<li>We have &#8220;reinforced&#8221; the technological development of <a href=\"https:\/\/inprotech.es\/en\/guardian\/\"><strong>InprOTech Guardian<\/strong><\/a>, completing development phases and enabling a mature and market-ready technology, which we continue to develop, both with new functionalities and integrations and specialized variants in various sectors, highlighting a major CPI (Innovative Public Procurement) project with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.incibe.es\/\">INCIBE<\/a>, and in a joint venture with one of our Galician partners, for the water management and treatment sector. In addition, <strong>we are consolidating in the automotive sector and advancing in other industrial sectors.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>We have consolidated our information systems<\/strong>, particularly highlighting the <strong>consolidation and new functionalities in systems related to people<\/strong> (HCM and ATS), especially <strong>having for the first time in history a system for talent selection (ATS)<\/strong>. It is also noteworthy, the consolidation of processes and data from our <strong>Business Intelligence systems.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>And <strong>we have once again conducted our annual survey with clients and potential clients<\/strong>, again with great participation, and <strong>achieving our goal of high overall satisfaction from our clients<\/strong>.
