Today, we interview Sumana Deza (Project Manager in the SAP<\/strong> area). We hope you can learn about her experience working in our company.<\/p>\n

What is your role within Inprosec?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

I am a Project Manager for both the SAP and Information Security areas.<\/p>\n

What would you highlight about your functions within the company?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

I believe it’s an essential role to ensure the successful execution of projects and the achievement of their objectives.<\/p>\n

What has Inprosec meant in your professional career?<\/h3>\n

It has meant the discovery of a dynamic and continually growing sector. Before joining Inprosec, I had been in the banking sector, so I entered a very different world that I’m definitely passionate about.<\/p>\n

How do you manage to reconcile personal and professional life?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

I take advantage of the days when I have to go to the office to engage in sports activities, so on the days I work from home, I can enjoy the afternoon with my family.<\/p>\n

What do you value most about working at a company like Inprosec?<\/h3>\n

Being able to work close to home and remotely, with flexibility to balance my personal life with my professional career. I also highly value the positive work atmosphere in the company, and the fact that all colleagues are always willing to help.<\/p>\n

Tell us an anecdote that has caught your attention in a situation in a stage in Inprosec<\/strong><\/h3>\n

One thing that catches my attention is that the Information Security people usually have breakfast in one area, while the SAP team goes to another. There are like two groups, but they get along very well.<\/p>\n

As an employee of a company specializing in cybersecurity, what is your advice to any entrepreneur who is just starting out regarding their systems?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

I would advise them to seek assistance from specialized companies like Inprosec and to proactively manage security, as it’s an investment that, if not undertaken, carries a lot of risk.<\/p>\n

What are your hobbies <\/em>at the end of the working day?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

I love spending quality time with my family and friends. Among my favorite activities are going to the beach, engaging in sports, and reading.<\/p>\n
