{"id":6359,"date":"2022-02-14T09:58:52","date_gmt":"2022-02-14T07:58:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/inprosec.com\/job-offer-corporate-support-manager\/"},"modified":"2022-03-17T18:38:48","modified_gmt":"2022-03-17T16:38:48","slug":"job-offer-corporate-support-manager","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.inprosec.com\/en\/job-offer-corporate-support-manager\/","title":{"rendered":"JOB OFFER | Corporate Support Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our team is looking for a person in charge of Corporate Support of the Inprosec group: <strong>Administration, Finance and Labor Management.<\/strong> This person will be responsible for a team of 3-4 people, reporting directly to Inprosec&#8217;s General Management and Corporate Support Management.<\/p>\n<p>Inprosec is in a moment of change, growth and expansion and we are looking for a <strong>dynamic and challenging person to lead and manage the Corporate Support team<\/strong>, as well as to advise and participate in the company&#8217;s decisions, within his or her field.<\/p>\n<h2>Responsibilities and functions<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Support all companies (3)<\/strong> and business areas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Management and coordination of the Corporate Support Team<\/strong> (3-4 people) and the suppliers\/advisors of the area (3-4 advisory teams).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Planning<\/strong> the areas of action to achieve the defined objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the existence of <strong>economic-financial information that contributes value<\/strong> to the decision making process of the management committee.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Treasury<\/strong> management.<\/li>\n<li>Support in the search for and management of <strong>financing<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure <strong>compliance<\/strong> with <strong>accounting<\/strong>, <strong>tax<\/strong> and<strong> labor regulations<\/strong> of the company.<\/li>\n<li>Management of <strong>Finance<\/strong> (PGC and Analytical Accounting), <strong>Fiscal<\/strong> (Taxes) and <strong>Administration<\/strong> (Labor, Mercantile\/Corporate and General: Offices).<\/li>\n<li>Budgetary management and control of his area and the global one.<\/li>\n<li>Support to the General Management.<\/li>\n<li>Guarantee of <strong>compliance with the defined internal policies<\/strong>, as well as compliance with internal deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Requirements<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in <strong>Business Administration<\/strong> or similar.<\/li>\n<li><strong>2 years of professional experience<\/strong> in the area.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Results oriented.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Experience in team management and coordination.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in financial management and budgeting.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in accounting (including analytical)<\/li>\n<li>Experience in treasury management.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with accounting and management software and programs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Residence<\/strong> in the area of influence of <strong>Vigo<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Valuable<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge and\/or experience in <strong>R&amp;D&amp;I bonus management.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and\/or experience in the <strong>management of internal and external financing<\/strong> of the company, including subsidies.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and \/ or experience in <strong>management of companies<\/strong> (commercial).<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and\/or experience in <strong>labor administration<\/strong>, as well as applicable regulations (not talent\/people management).<\/li>\n<li>Experience in positions of <strong>Assistant and\/or Management Support<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>English<\/strong> or other languages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What is offered?<\/h2>\n<p>At Inprosec there is a <strong>commitment to the training and development of our staff<\/strong> to achieve the right work\/life balance.
