Today at Inprosec Human Capital we introduce you to Ram\u00f3n Ferreiro Davila, SAP & GRC consultant.<\/p>\n
I am a SAP & GRC Security Consultan<\/strong>t, although I also do PM work in small projects. Most of my time is dedicated to security services and authorizations.<\/p>\n They always say that I have a good touch with the customer<\/strong>. For me it is very important to have a fluid and above all realistic communication, to understand their problems and to have empathy<\/strong>. This last point is very important to me, because the person on the other side has his day-to-day life, his life, and you have come to help him, not to complicate it more.<\/p>\n It was a turning point<\/strong>, since I came from the automotive and engineering world, and Inprosec opened my eyes to a new working world<\/strong>, full of many opportunities, not only nationally, but also internationally. It served as a starting point for me to meet all kinds of companies, new people from different cultures to work with …..<\/p>\n The consultant’s life is known for the difficulty of reconciling both lives<\/strong>, but that is where Inprosec lends a hand<\/strong>. Being able to work from home and having semi-flexible schedules, allows the possibility of having time. Right now I’m expecting my first baby 😊, and both teleworking and the support of my manager allow me to enjoy my family.<\/p>\n More than a specific anecdote, it was a situation we had in the company before the pandemic, when every Tuesday we would have lunch together (pizza Tuesdays<\/strong>) and on Thursday<\/strong> afternoons we would meet for a few beers<\/strong> (always on the same days). It’s a good memory I have of the team, where we enjoyed being together and hopefully we’ll get back to it when things get back on track<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The family reconciliation<\/strong> for me is what I value the most, and I notice it now that I am expecting my first daughter. Being able to take her to and pick her up from the nursery when it’s time, being able to work from home to stay with her, or being able to leave earlier to enjoy the family, is what makes me value it so much.<\/p>\n Order.<\/strong> For me, having everything in order, located and knowing how each part of a system is configured is basic. That there are no shadows or possible security holes that we do not have located and where they can hurt us. A tidy system is useful to have a better control<\/strong>.<\/p>\n I love the sea… and if possible sailing.
