2020 has been a difficult year<\/strong> for Spanish companies due to the sudden halt in many sectors of activity as a result of the arrival of COVID-19. Hiring<\/strong> figures point to a 28% dro<\/strong>p compared to last year, and according to INE data, the remuneration<\/strong> that companies have paid their workers has decreased by 9. 4% i<\/strong>n the second quarter of 2020 compared to the same period in 2019.<\/p>\n

Over time, this trend is expected to continue, since according to a recent study by the consulting firm KPMG, 60% of the companies surveyed<\/strong> admitted that they plan to freeze or cut salaries<\/strong> in the coming months to defend themselves from the drop in turnover caused by the crisis.<\/p>\n

Throughout this year, we at Inprosec have made an effort to continue supporting our collaborators in what is appropriate despite the difficulties arising from the COVID-19, facilitating teleworking and maintaining the social benefits that were being enjoyed before the pandemic. In addition, we have been able to continue growing and are now more hardworking than ever.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We would also like to express our deep appreciation to all our partners who continue to work so that together we can face this crisis.<\/p>\n
