Today we interview Almudena Iglesias, member of our backoffice team. We hope you get to know about his experience working at our company.<\/span><\/p>\n

What is your role at Inprosec?<\/h3>\n

I belong to the Finance and Human Resources Department. Currently, I am more focused on the people area, where I carry out different tasks such as payroll accounting, administrative management of personnel (new hires and terminations, employee leaves), handling incidents and queries, among others.<\/span><\/p>\n

What would you highlight about your role in the company?<\/h3>\n

Some of the tasks I am responsible for are cross-functional, which allows me to stay in touch with different departments.<\/span><\/p>\n

What has Inprosec meant for your professional career?<\/h3>\n

It has solidified my place in the technology sector, expanding my knowledge in cybersecurity. Inprosec gives me the opportunity to receive continuous training and work with specialized professionals.<\/span><\/p>\n

How do you manage to balance personal and professional life?<\/h3>\n

The hybrid and flexible schedule that Inprosec provides is my main tool for balancing personal and professional life on a daily basis.<\/span><\/p>\n

What do you value most about working at a company like Inprosec?<\/h3>\n

From my point of view, the work-life balance measures are a great benefit. I am the mother of two children, and since I started at this company, I have been given all kinds of support to help me balance work and family.<\/span><\/p>\n

I would also highlight the company’s commitment to employee training and professional development.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tell us an anecdote that stood out to you during your time at Inprosec.<\/h3>\n

This is a bit embarrassing to share, but here it goes\u2026 hahaha. One day I answered a phone call and was asked about a colleague who no longer worked at the company. I replied, \u201cHe is no longer with us,\u201d and immediately everyone around me burst out laughing (they couldn’t stop). The caller was speechless, and I had to hold it together, then quickly corrected myself and resolved the situation.<\/span><\/p>\n

As an employee of a cybersecurity-focused company, what advice would you give to any entrepreneur starting out regarding their systems?<\/h3>\n

Cybercrime is a real threat today, and any company must be prepared for this kind of risk. It is essential to have a specialized company that ensures the security of their interests.<\/span><\/p>\n

What are your hobbies after the workday?<\/h3>\n

Staying active with a regular workout routine and spending time with family and friends.<\/span><\/p>\n
